Energy Management System

The Energy Management System (EMS) includes various components designed to monitor, control, and optimize energy usage. It features essential monitoring tools such as the Energy Management Monitoring System, Transducers & Isolators, Digital Panel Meters, Multifunction Meters, Branch Circuit Monitors, and Generator Monitoring Units. These tools provide real-time insights into energy consumption and help identify inefficiencies across the system. Additionally, Dual Source Energy Meters, DC Energy Meters, Prepaid Meters, and Split Core CTs ensure stable energy usage and effective management, all connected through a robust networking system.

To ensure optimal performance, the EMS incorporates controlling mechanisms such as the APFC (Automatic Power Factor Control), Demand Controllers, Power Factor Controllers, and Earth Leakage Relays. These controllers help maintain energy efficiency, reduce wastage, and protect the system from electrical faults. The Energy & Process Monitor oversees the system’s operational health, ensuring all parameters stay within desired ranges. With the integration of these components, the EMS provides a comprehensive approach to managing and controlling energy, driving both operational efficiency and cost savings.
